Joe Sucharewicz – Co Founder – AS Leisure Properties
AS Leisure is a successful property company co-founded by Joe Sucharewicz.
The mixed-use portfolio has been built up over 50 years through a combination of development and investment, with a specialist focus on finding planning angles to maximise assets.
The business has adapted and changed the portfolio over numerous financial cycles and climates. It is currently focussing on commercial units having sold off much of its residential portfolio over a number of years.
Lee Martin – Director – Unlatch
Lee oversees operations in the UK, USA, UAE and Australia for Unlatch, a PropTech company backed by AXA and active in 12 countries.
Lee was a partner at Preston Bennett, where he ran the New Homes department for 18 years before selling the business to Hamptons International and Countrywide.
He has also consulted for developer Fusion Residential, and founded and sold his own online estate agency, Moonline Property.
