We are seeking an experienced, resilient, and decisive leader to take full operational control of our supported accommodation business. You will step into the lead management role, overseeing daily operations, resolving complex issues, and driving company growth. This role requires a hands-on professional who thrives under pressure and possesses strong negotiation skills to manage relationships with local councils and landlords.

 

Key Responsibilities

Company Management: Assume full responsibility for day-to-day business operations and team leadership.

Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for staff disputes, tenant complaints, and local authority matters.

Procurement & Partnerships: Source and secure new property leases by negotiating directly with landlords and local councils.

Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain and strengthen critical relationships with council officials, housing teams, and property owners.

Crisis Management: Provide out-of-hours decision-making support during evenings or weekends when critical issues arise.

 

Required Experience & Skills

Business Leadership: Proven track record in a operational role.

Sector Expertise: Experience in supported housing, social accommodation, or residential property procurement is highly desirable.

Crisis Resolution: Strong conflict-resolution skills with the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.

Flexibility: Willingness to be available out-of-hours (evenings/Sundays) to handle emergencies.

Contract: Negotiation: Confident communicator capable of securing favorable lease terms with landlords and local authorities.
